A "Winter Feast "Cooking Class with Chef Natasha Shishkevish.

She will be teaching how to braise brisket, roast winter vegetables, and make spicy winter casseroles.Natasha loves to work with seasonal and local fare which is prepared with great passion and a sense of adventure!

Her cooking classes are always fun, fun, fun!

After scarfing up our winter feast we will host a house concert with BJ Sarkissian and Tamara Sheen. They play fiddle , 12 string and 6 string guitar and their voices blend so beautifully. Their music takes inspiration from traditional sources in both this country and the British Isles, where Tamara is from.

Cost for the cooking class and the concert is 55.00 per one person plus lodging.

Our Annual Winter Writer's Workshop Hosted by Barbara Lawing, a fiction writer, poet and editor. She is a true veteran in giving this type of workshop! Winery owners, Suzanne and Steve, will have just returned from their winter in Tuscany. They should have some real goodies for us.

This will be an authentic Tuscan dinner with antipasti (crostinis, salamis, olives, cheeses) a pasta dish, followed by a meat dish, dessert, and espresso. Each course will be paired with a different Villa Appalachia wine. Cost $55/person plus lodging.
