There are four common areas. The large front porch is decorated with comfortable wicker furniture and swing, and offers a gorgeous sunset view. The back porch is also spacious, faces east with a view of a flower garden, and is a perfect place for breakfast. The living room includes a cathedral ceiling and a large log wall that reveals the structure of the original house. The room is furnished with a piano and a freestanding wood stove. The study upstairs features several shelves of books (new and antique) and is a cozy place for reading and relaxing. The kitchen and dining room, the heart of every home, includes the original heart pine floors and a stone fireplace.
